It seems like when I first installed it if the phone got hot the adhesive would loosen and it would slide on the back of the phone or come off. Clean the area really really good stick it on and as per instructions try not to use your phone for hours. After that seems to work fine.

I love how the pop socket can stick to the phone multiple times so you can readjust it. I would highly recommend it for any body with an electronic.
