It said that you could still wirelessly charge phone with this on....I guess this is true. however it has to be installed so high on the phone for it to work that it wasn't in a good place to actually hold the phone. I do have to say the tape that you use to stick the pop socket to the phone was better than I expected. it is not coming off for anything.
