Great use but poor adhesion

The popsocket fell off after only two days. Not sure if this because it was defective or if the case was too glossy or what, but it fell off within a couple of days. I’m not sure if there’s anything that could be done or if the adhesive is only a good stronghold on certain finishes. Besides this is a useful product.
