    This doesn’t stick well to the cell phone case. It’s a nice design but it has come off a couple times.

      Thank you for your review! We are sorry that your PopGrip does not stick to your phone case well, and for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Please note: PopSockets bases are engineered to be super sticky and most compatible with smooth, flat surfaces. PopSockets bases will not stick as well to silicone, highly textured, as many soft cases on the market. They also will not adhere as well to iPhone 11 and up models or the Samsung Z3 flip phone models without a suitable case.



      Not recommended to stick to leather cases. Our super sticky gel may damage leather cases when trying to reposition or remove the base.

      The gel does not stick "as well" with naked iPhones. While it does stick adequately to a naked base model (and sometimes to Pro/Pro Max depending on circumstances), it will not stick "as well" as if you used a suitable case.

      If the above does not apply, the item might be defective. Please return it to BestBuy or contact us at cs@popsockets.com. We'll be happy to assist.

    I bought this with the idea of putting a mount in my car so that I could quit ripping my air vent up with the phone holder I have. It fell right off. Followed the directions. Did it again. Trash.
