This is supposed to help you hold your phone without fear of dropping while texting/scrolling/etc. In effect it does that, but the part that fits between your fingers is kind of wide and isn't comfortable for any long period of time. Also, it says that it's removable and can be repositioned. While I was able to remove it, it took considerable effort. So good and bad, once you put it on, you don't have to worry about the adhesive letting go, but it pays to know where to initially put it on your phone.
