Needs a better design

When storing my phone when out and about in my back pocket, the stand and grip sticks out too far when in retracted position and is uncomfortable. Needs a redesign so when retracted, it will lay flat and pop out if pushed.

Does not stick

I attached it to a Samsung case that I purchased at best buy and it failed to adhere to the case and fell off in 3 days. I threw it away.

Dont buy

When you pull on it to pop it out it actually pulls off the case and you have to stick it back on. It still functions as intended, however eventually it will no longer stick.

The 1st one broke after only 2 months and 2nd one came apart after about 30 days?? Of course Best Buy would not stand behind them, stating that they will only replace for first 14 days of ownership! Very poor policy and now my purchases are moving across state line to Nebraska Furniture Mart! Purchased a Beats ear phones from NFM and did not use them in first 30 days. When did charge them up, they only worked one time and NFM said it was past their in store return policy; however, they said "don't worry" and replaced them! Thank you NFM!!
