It's okay

I did move it a few times to get it in the right position. I guess I moved it too many time bc it stopped sticking. I was holding my phone and all of a sudden just came off. I think it's a good product just once you have it in that spot leave it there lol.

We had to return to Best Buy - 30 minute roundtrip drive. They graciously replaced. But the quality of this item is questionable

Thank you for your review! We are sorry that your PopGrip broke so soon, and for the inconvenience, this may have caused you. That should not happen with correct swapping. To swap a PopGrip, simply close the grip flat, press down on the top, and twist it 90 degrees to remove the PopTop, then line up and attach a new PopTop by pushing down and twisting 90 degrees again; our PopGrips have swappable tops, allowing you to change the style or design whenever you want. You could have saved yourself a trip and just contacted us at cs@popsockets.com. We'll be happy to assist.
