I’m very disappointed in this purchase. My Popsocket broke at the base for no reason at all after only a few weeks! I have never had any issues like this with my Popsocket before, and I have been using them for years.

Terrible... broke within 2 days of having it. Waste of money.

I bought this and it sucks doesn’t sticking going to return it

I would not recommend this product due to the fact that the adhesive does not hold very long. I bought this pop socket because of the looks/color, but in less then a week it was coming off. Not happy for the price I paid.

It completely broke off the first night I got it. I tried to give pop sockets another chance but they break everytime. I usually have to super glue them to my phone, this time the sticky side stayed on, it’s the part with the design that completely came off and all I did was put it in my back pocket and took it out and I had completely pushed it down before putting it in my back pocket

I have bought other pop sockets before but this one just wouldn’t stick even on the pop wallet I had on my phone

It's pretty, but . . . the glitter is very coarse and rough (see pictures). It will scrape against your skin and hurt. Forget throwing this in your purse and trying to grab something else. In case you're wondering, as it states, it also doesn't fit in Popsocket holders, like the ones in the car. I tried, just to see, and nope, too thick for the holder. I'll be putting the old one back one or getting a new one.

Pulled apart when I popped it out the first time and won't go back together. Best Buy would not warranty as I couldn't get into the store within the return time period one week after delivery. Pretty design.

Pop socket was worn out and did not have a clear protective film over it to protect it. Therefore, the surface was all scratched up and dull, I do not want to use it.

This is exactly how it looked when I pulled it out of the mailer(no damage from shipping). It had to be scuffed up when they put it in there. What a hassle.

I expected this pop socket to come with the teal and yellow but it came solid white. I only chose it because of the colors so I was highly disappointed.

This was my second PopSocket. First one was great; held up for almost 2 years. I accidentally broke my first one, so ordered a second. Cleaned my phone case thoroughly (scraped off all leftover adhesive and whipped with an alcohol wipe then let dry). After about 3 or 4 days the adhesive on the new socket gave out.

Would not stick to the case. Had to use double sided tape to adhere.

This item broke in a few days. Not impressed. I received a free one that lasted on my last phone for 5 years!

At first I thought this product was amazing but quickly realized that it was cheaply made and it broke within a week of purchasing it and now I just have a random circle stuck on the back of my phone case. I wish they were built a little bit sturdier.

Product itself, is OK. Adhesive.....junk. might as well be double-sided tape. Cheap. Lasted almost 36 hours before coming off. Tried to return it to BB and they said "no" because it was a "used " product. No, I believe that it is cheap, defective junk. Do not buy this product. Go to your local school and buy one and support them. At least if it fails, you supported a good cause.

So, I finally jumped on the pop socket bandwagon, and against my better judgment, spent like $14 on this pretty iridescent pink one. Sure, it was cute. I did quickly love the way I could handle my phone by the pop socket extended. I also purchased the holder for my vehicle dash. So, everything was all good until, for absolutely not reason at all, the thing just fell off one, literally in my lap. I was not pulling or tugging on it, or somehow handling it that might make the adhesive want to break free. So, here we have the whole root of the problem with these things. It is a wonderful concept and they DO want you to be able to it around "up to 3 times." But, I can tell you, it wont last through 3 fall off's. After the first sudden release, I was so glad I wasnt just holding onto the socket and not my phone, but two, they are wayyyyy to expensive to have such crappy, adhesive. I felt it and it was hardly sticky at all. I wont buy another.

I purchased new grip because the older one attached to my phone case needed to be discarded along with my old phone case. I assumed it was the same size as my older clip and would fit into my existing car vent companion grip clip holder so I could view map routes while driving - but no, the new size is slightly larger and does not fit so I will need to also buy a new vent clip. I don't understand why they changed the size and made the companion product piece I own obsolete after only a few years. Not happy with that PopSockets decision. And, as an additional note, if size changes were necessary between models and companion pieces, PopSockets should have noted that on the packaging so I would have known not to spend the $15.00 or so dollars for an incompatible grip that is useless to me.

I think it was the case fault silicone case used it couple of times then it popped off never stuck any better took it back to best along with case and got a better case with kick stand.

Although I love popsockets & usually don’t have issues with them I was very upset with this purchase. Absolutely beautiful glitter design but it doesn’t stick at all! I literally have it taped to the back of my phone case because I couldn’t fathom paying $16 for it to just throw it away. If it stuck correctly I would’ve had anything but positive things to say.
