Please try this: If mount seems loose, rotate prongs 90º to use narrower gap. If the vent mount is still falling down please return it to Best Buy or contact us at cs@popsockets.com. Great PopSocket Car Vent Mount

They were having issues finding one that could hold their iphone max due to the weight. This one has worked well for them.

Fits nicely in car

This pop socket one does the trick! It is easy to alter it’s placement on the vents because the clip is so long and coated so it sticks well. I don’t find the cord manager as useful as it could be, you can really only wrap a charging cord around it once. I highly recommend this product!
