Not nearly enough support

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Despite following the instructions for properly putting this in my car, including waiting at least 8 hours after it initially attached, this immediately fell off when I put my phone into it. I tried salvaging it in another spot to no avail, making this a complete waste of a purchase. I do also have an Otterbox phone case so perhaps that made it a bit too heavy, but there's also no indication of weight limits so I had no reason to believe that would be an issue beforehand.

Not a fan at all. Also the 3M adhesive you would think would be very strong but it is not. This has already popped off where I put it. Had to get command adhesive to re-apply.

Do not waste your time

I felt the back and it wasn’t sticky at all. I rinsed it and let it air dry and it still didn’t stick. Waste of money.

Please note: PopSockets bases are engineered to be super sticky and most compatible with smooth, flat surfaces. PopSockets bases will not stick as well to silicone, highly textured, as many soft cases on the market. They also will not adhere as well to iPhone 11, 12, or 13 models nor the Samsung Z3 flip phone models without a suitable case.
Not recommended to stick to leather cases. Our super sticky gel may damage leather cases when trying to reposition or remove the base.
The gel does not stick "as well" with naked iPhones. While it does stick adequately to a naked base model (and sometimes to Pro/Pro Max depending on circumstances), it will not stick "as well" as if you used a suitable case. If above does not apply then the item was probably defective. Please return it to BesBuy or contact us at cs@popsockets.com. We'll be happy to assist.
