Would Not Stay On

Bad Mounting Technology

Please note: PopSockets bases are engineered to be super sticky and most compatible with smooth, flat surfaces. PopSockets bases will not stick as well to silicone, highly textured, as many soft cases on the market. They also will not adhere as well to iPhone 11 and up models or the Samsung Z3 flip phone models without a suitable case.
Not recommended to stick to leather cases. Our super sticky gel may damage leather cases when trying to reposition or remove the base. If above does not apply, then the item might be defective. Please return it to BestBuy or contact us at cs@popsockets.com. We'll be happy to assist.
