The sticky pad is not that sticky

The adhesive on the clip can only be used once but comes with 1 extra adhesive tape. I drive over speed bumps and it seems to be holding up well after a month of use with an iPhone 8 plus. Sometimes it feels like you have to be careful when placing phone or it may come apart.
