Phone sometimes falls off this mount

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The mount sticks to the car vent very well, but for some reason, the phone with the popsocket sometimes falls off for no reason, and we aren't sure how. It fits pretty snug into the mount, so we don't know. Regardless, when it does work, we like it a lot. We can turn the phone sideways while mounted and it works great.

Ok but not great

Also, if a/c is on phone gets very cold and heat on phone gets too hot. Same brand has one that sticks to dash which is great. Holds phone very well with pop socket.

This thing can hold a Samsung Note 9 with glass screen protector and case with no problem and doesn't fall out when you go over a bump! For the money, this is a great little accessory.
