I followed the instructions for set up. It made ice but it made six to eight cubes at a time but the were no complete. It took approximately two hours for that amount of cubes. We did this for almost four days just in case we didn't do something right. My son also read the instructions and we had set it up correctly. I am disappointed because I was looking forward to the convenience it would bring to us.
