So far they only the ones that installed in my car no one else's

The Radio I got was good and it was installed professionally and the job was done right but I am somewhat disappointed with certain aspects of the radio.

My car was broken into so i thought i'd try Best Buy to install the radio (which was recovered). Once my car radio was installed i was quite happy but when i went to turn off the lights via the proper switch it did not work, the lights remained on. By the time i noticed the issue, the installers had left for the day (early). The next day i accidentally figured out that once i turn off the radio the lights will turn off. I had to find a date to go back that meshed with their odd hours. finally 2-3 weeks later it is working. Best Buy is a favorite store of mine but live and learn regarding services i'll try.

You need to add another installer to the store to minimize waiting for appointment date. The installer did a great job though.

I hoped for more sound quality but have an annoying vibration in the speakers. Unfortunately, I need to take it back.

Did not have a good experience with installation. Had problems right away and called, came in and that was fixed. Later was made an apt for another problem and was told that my install was out of warranty. Second time returning for problems and on their time then to be told it's out of warranty?? Not good customer service! It was taken care of but needless to say I am not that happy!

I was able to get an appointment for my truck to be able to have a better radio than the standard model that's in it with an AUX and other items. The install for that went well, but the tweeters were never hooked up along with the Amp and was just placed on the basic bypass. It still works though.

Didn't use service. But have used Best Buy's service many other times with great results.

once again good job, very quick not a long wait time. highly recommed.

I think the guys that did the install are nice but don't feel like they installed speakers properly. Had to bring back once bc the front speakers needed something to make them not rattle because I have a jeep. Now the row bar speakers sound bad and need the same foam. Hate having to keep coming back and wasting hours each time.

Install a power amp to up the watts out put. Also add a sub woofer for bass.

Techs are very knowledgeable and will answer any questions you may have, they installed my door speakers and amp and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend best buy installers for your car audio needs.

Got new Pioneer in dash speakers installed about a month ago. Was completed on time after making my appointment. I have been very happy with the performance.

I had to return my vehicle to the Geek Squad car audio install garage because 3 of the installed car speakers stopped working within a few days of the original install. It turns out that lowering the power windows disconnected the speaker wires. The technician re-wired it for free and it works fine now. The low score is due to the inconvenience of the fix. It took 2 1/2 hours (90 mins for the fix and 1 hr round trip) plus gas expense on top of what I paid for. I was hoping for some consideration such as some extra reward points or a gift card, but no love.

The person installing the speakers explained the process. The only complaint I had was the location of the place. It was a little difficult finding. It seemed to be a seamless process.

The autotech I used at best buy was very nice and friendly. He knew all of his stuff so I was able to buy and get installed with peace of mind.

Perfect installation and no damages to my interior. Perfect installation.

This is sad the professional services wasn't professional at all I've call 5 times!!! Just this week an no one seem to be able to handle my issue. Geek squad I will not purchase again
