Satellite radio was installed within ashtray of 2003 Stype Jaguar giving it a custom look as well as a secure job. Door closes yielding no indication radio is present. Nice work.

I have been raving about the careful, professional, high-quality Sirius XM radio installation done by Best Buy in Citrus Heights. I was worried about my brand-new 2018 vehicle, but the install team treated my car with kid gloves...even though they had to dismantle the whole dash! You cannot tell they took the thing apart. They also determined the best parts needed, including a special FM adapter because my car does not have an auxiliary port, and were able to do the install without modifying the dash permanently in any way. The satellite radio works perfectly!

This review is only for the installation. I purchased the unit from SiriusXM and had the installation done at the Best Buy in Glen Burnie, MD. The crew did an excellent job mounting the receiver underneath the head unit and the antenna on the roof above the windshield. All of the wiring was hidden very well. I was very happy with the installation and would use them again in the future.

Old Satellite Radio was attached to console which blocked some functions but Jeff decided with a bit of trimming new one could be placed INSIDE a storage area totally out of sight when door closed. Took time to do it right and effectively. Extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. Wow, great job.

Sportster 5 radio re-installation into new vehicle. Challenging because of vehicle computer electrical controls. Best Buy tech scheduled and installed in estimated time without any problems. Tech even crafted a custom mount to fit radio in desired dash location. A solid 5 Stars for this service!

fantastic installation experience needed some extra parts but nothing too expensive. had to make a second trip back. they easily spent 3-4 hours on a free installation.

Had installed to update technology in a year 2000 car. (Bluetooth and Pandora and Sirius). Equipment I needed was on sale so that was cool. Had the store professionally install it which was totally simple and they did a great job.

I had Best Buy install the Commander Touch Satellite Radio Receiver and the reason I'm giving them a poor rating is because a few days later I noticed and felt a hump under the driver's side floor board (carpet). Took it to my Land Rover dealership and they found that the Best Buy installer had left some type of tool underneath it. However, before the dealership was able to gain access to that area where the tool was found they had to remove something like a panel located under the steering wheel. After removing that panel a large amount of wiring fell out and it looked like a tangled mess of spaghetti which all was from the wiring for the Commander Touch Satellite Radio Receiver. The Land Rover technician corrected this tangled mess and used black zip ties to bundle the wiring before replacing it back. I still have this tool that the installer had left under the floor board because I had it installed at a Best Buy in another city which is almost 2 hours away, but next time I go home to visit family I will make sure that I return this tool along voicing my disapproval of the entire installation. Presently I cannot recommend Geek Squad as in reference to automotive installations. I have attached 2 photos of the tool.

I would absolutely recommend a professional install of Sirius XM satellite console. I thought about doing it myself, but I wasn't confident that I could install it in such a way that I could hide all of the wires making it look good to the eye. The service technician did a fantastic job so it almost looks as if the controller was installed at the factory. The antenna line, power line, and aux in line were professionally hidden inside the dash so they really could not be seen. The 3 lines came out of the air vents into the controller so you really can't see them at all. The job was done in the specified time and looks absolutely fantastic. Also, the antenna line that goes from the antenna to the inside of the car was hidden perfectly in the weatherstripping so you cannot even see it. I recommend doing this install with Best Buy as opposed to trying to pull out the components of your dashboard your self. One last thing – he installed it using the aux in port (through the back of it) so you can still use the normal aux in port iin your dashboard (n addition to the satellite radio - think of it as a Y adapter).

The installation was quick and not too pricey. The installation looks wonderful and was placed exactly where I wanted it. The satellite radio gets good signal. The FM adapter was an additional $20 tacked on which was annonying, but I guess necessary. When I have the satellite unit turned on the AM radio signal is scrambled. I am guessing that this has to do with how the installer placed everything together because this was never an issue in the unit that was in the car prior to this one. Not a big deal, just an annoyance, but I can just power off the radio when I switch to AM. OVerall, they were prompt and friendly and I am satisfied but not wow'd.

These guys have installed my portable satellite receiver in several cars and trucks allowing me to move unit from vehicle to vehicle but being obligated for only one subscription. The installation is unique in each vehicle yet always ends up looking very close to a factory install AND functional. These guys are good at their craft, do do their work on time as promised.

The technician took my vehicle in when schedule, and had it completed before it was due. The radio installation was clean, the tech was pleasant answering any questions that I had and showing me the basics of what I needed to do to work it. Only about 1/2 inch of wire was actually showing from the mounting plate.

I bought this satellite radio and had GeekSquad install it. I opted for the wires to be hidden and such, so it cost me a little bit more then I was expecting but well worth it. THe radio works great and is simple to use. A matter of pressing the arrow towards the right for your categories or up and down to change the channel in that direction. Also you can change the color on the background, other then that there are not many "special" features like some have. But I didn't need or want all that.

Installation of satellite radio. It took less time than expected. The technician did a great job positioning the accessory radio for maximum ease of use . Explained how to operate. No wires showing. Very neat. Better than I had hoped for. Very pleased. Radio working fine.

This was a lower priced way to get Sirius radio. Had it in last car; assumed it was in this new car & wasn't. Would have been over a thousand to have current radio ripped out & Sirius put in & all the controls redone. Bought the satellite (Sirius) transmitter; Best Buy did a great job installing it. They wired it in & we keep it in our glove box. For the price, it works very well.

I had a SiriusXM radio car kit installed and it was completed without any issues. The technician explained the procedure and the options available to me. For example, if the car kit was going to be powered by the factory installed system, the tech told me that I might hear a persistent humming noise. So, the car kit was connected to the electrical. The tech worked diligently and the install was completed in the appropriate amount of time. My vehicle's dashboard was intact and my van was clean. I'm very happy with the radio kit and very pleased with the installation.

I just got a new commander series xm stereo, and with the hard wired install needed I knew it would be a little different than a normal satellite install. I setup a consult first so that they could look at the dash, and a good plan was come up with by the techs at the store closest to me. When I went to schedule the actual install, the only one available within a one month window was at the next closest store, which I took. I told this crew what we had discussed, and they did a brilliant install on it. Looks great!

Everything is included to setup and use. Simple installation and easy to use. Works as well as the factory installed unit in my other vehicle. Great price.
