Very courteous and efficient service. Best biy was recommended to me and i am happy i used the geek squad to install the device.

The install took about an hour. The only problem I had was I had to pay an extra fee of around $30 to take the radio out to hook up the Sirius-XM receiver. This was not told to us at the beginning. Overall, I was happy with the results.

Hector did a very efficient job. He was very helpful, polite and informative and did a great job.

I received a SiriusXm kit for my car as a gift. I originally set it myself per the packages instructions, but the excess of wire was just too ridiculous. I opted for the Best Buy install because they run the wires under the dash, but getting an installation appointment was difficult. After unpleasant experiences at two stores, the store that did install it left my car messy afterward, and my dash console wasn't even securely reattached . Everything works properly, but the experience in reaching that point was less that satisfactory.

The whole process was handled quickly and professionally. I will definitely use Geek Squad again.

Recently had satellite radio installed in my second car. The Geek squad installer Everett is extremely knowledgable and skilled. I would recommend him to everyone .
