Had my satellite radio installed in my new car at the Lakewood, CO (Belmar) store. The tech who did it was super helpful and accommodating, despite running into a few bumps in the road.

We purchased a Kiplesch sound system and after it was installed by the Geek squad we grinned from ear to ear. Of course my husband had to test the volume and it was loud but, great...

My second install of a satellite radio unit at this same location into the same vehicle. Both installs cleanly done. First install more professional in materials used (shrink tube instead of electrical tape). Antenna placement on this install was done on the inside sitting on the dash. When asked why it wasn't put on the roof, I was assured this is how they were done now. Since initial install, I have read the install instructions and they specifically state it should be on the roof. Reception is okay, but drops more than I like. I will probably take it back to have it resolved, but this means a day without my vehicle. Disappointing...

Installation completed as promised in about 2.5 hours- only comment is that they could have cleaned the inside windshield after the installation

Had a satellite radio installed in my car. The technician was done in exactly two hours which is the exact time he quoted me. I was very happy with the service provided.

Very courteous and efficient service. Best biy was recommended to me and i am happy i used the geek squad to install the device.

The install took about an hour. The only problem I had was I had to pay an extra fee of around $30 to take the radio out to hook up the Sirius-XM receiver. This was not told to us at the beginning. Overall, I was happy with the results.
