The auto install techs at BB are awesome..quick,knowledgeable..put in antenna quickly and explained

I get all the songs I want to hear and no junk. There is an large selection of channels to choose from. I never have to listen to a bad song again.

I renew my Geek Squad because I am not real good with my computer so I like knowing that I can call them when I need them

Do not let the tech put the antenna on the inside of the vehicle. He did mine and I had to have it put on the trunk lid. After it was moved, no more issues with reception.

I've had installation done by BB a number of times now. It really depends on where it is done. The service at the Sandy Utah store is great, but other places not so much. One installation that was supposed to take 2-3 hours took over 6 and I was stranded in Park City Utah in January with no transportation and no where to go. Communication is not great, scheduling is not great, but they do seem to do a quality job with installations.

The installation of my Sirrus XM was quick. The technicians installed the radio in a place that was easy to get to and not in the way of anything.

Interior mount looked good. I had to repair my outside molding wher the antenna was run.
