Agent installed satellite radio in my truck. I am very please with the installation.

He put in a new receiver on my satilite radio. He also looked up and gave me the web site for the part I needed.

Wonderful machine good installation old room to waiting offered beverage but not dinner next time please offer dinner as well

The install was fast and they did an excellent job! I now have tunes in my car again!!

First attempt at install: the car ahead of mine never got finished. Have to come back tomorrow. Second attempt: an antennae was missing. Has to be ordered. Will have to go back next week. It's mostly bad luck but still... PS: about two weeks before my first attempted install I received an email from Geek Squad saying I owed several hundred dollars. No order number. No explanation as to what it was about. When I emailed saying it wasn't my order and I wasn't going to pay it I received a response saying simply "check your invoice". Still no invoice number or explanation given

The technician was very fast in completing the work but still thorough in paying attention to details.

My Sat Radio port works perfectly. If you need a Sat port then you should have no problem with this one.

The satellite port for SeriusXM radio has worked wonderfully. At first it went out a lot, but now it works fantastically. No problems and easy to hide.

The kit made my radio look like it came with the vehicle. The installer did a great job on the installation as well.

It works very well and its operation was explained to our satisfaction. I think a swivel mount (at least a little) to be more easily viewed by front seat passenger would be nice.
