This is probably the nicest looking portable dock unit I've had done at Best Buy. This install uses the RCA plug in my Edge, so it's very clean in appearance. It sounds as good as satellite radio can. My last install used FM modulation, which can be a pain. Strongly recommend using RCA, 1/8", or USB if possible

the guy was excellent! was not easy to install! two radio stores wanted to charge a lot more and did not know what they were doing!!

Had a free radio offer from Sirius that I asked Best Buy to install. Afraid they'd be put off I didn't buy from them. They got me in on time, fast install, explained everything before they did anything and the install couldn't look more professional. Wouldn't hesitate to have it down again or recommend to someone.

It took a long time to install. But I'm very happy with it. And the installers were great.

I had an XM radio installed in my Honda Fit. Made an appt on line and two days later went to Best Buy, the guy said sure come on in, here's all the paperwork to fill out. I expected all that to be done since I entered all the details when I made the appointment. Turned out the guy didn't even check to see if he had any appts. That day. That being said it took well over two hours (estimate was 1-1.5 hours) Bottom line=clean install everything works! no mess left.

The agents installed my Sirius XM Radio in my car and did an "EXCELLENT" job. They made suggestions that were "Right on Point" that even enhanced the appearance of the radio. THUMBS UP !!!

Setting up the service was difficult trying to do it on line. I eventually had to contact by phone. Once I did, it was rather easy. But when I arrived at the appointment, I was surprised with a new quote, and that I had to purchase a part. That was not mentioned.

I had a satellite radio install in my vehicle. The installation started on time and was installed to my satisfaction. The installer was courteous, professional and did a great job. This is my second installation of a radio and each time it was perfect.

Overall it is a great product for it s price and features.

We were very please with the service. There was a part missing for the installation and the tech made every effort to get the part in and install our radio before we left on vacation-very impressed

Geek squad did an excellent job installing my satellite radio in an older car. They were helpful and listened to what I needed. The installation was completed in a timely manner.

The in-dash radio and installation were just what we wanted. The add-on Sirius radio I first got would have had an extra surface mounted radio that my wife rejected. The in-dash radio has many more features, so it was a worthwhile investment for an older, low mileage car.

BB installers did a great job installing my SiriusXm radio in my truck. They installed the FM adapter and now I have static free listening on my favorite channel Howard 100!

The installation was excellent and the young man was very polite and I couldn't be more pleased with how it was installed. He offered several great suggestions about how to use the radio and where was the best location on the car to put the radio. Overall an A++++ rating

Purchased this service along with the In-dash Navigation installation service. I bought a satellite kit from the manufacture of my in-dash unit to ensure the parts connected properly. The technician was able to correctly install the kit. The wire and antennae were ran in an acceptable manner. #TwoThumbsUp

Geek Squad is great. I have bought the GEEK SQUAD Warranty on a lot of things I purchased at Best Buy and came in handy. And the Geek squad people are very good to work with and do a great job. I will continue to use that service in the future

I installed the satellite radio myself. The radio worked fine, but the installation was not pretty. Best Buy's Geek Squad professionals reinstalled the radio. It looks great! No messy wires.
