I received a SiriusXm kit for my car as a gift. I originally set it myself per the packages instructions, but the excess of wire was just too ridiculous. I opted for the Best Buy install because they run the wires under the dash, but getting an installation appointment was difficult. After unpleasant experiences at two stores, the store that did install it left my car messy afterward, and my dash console wasn't even securely reattached . Everything works properly, but the experience in reaching that point was less that satisfactory.

Recently had satellite radio installed in my second car. The Geek squad installer Everett is extremely knowledgable and skilled. I would recommend him to everyone .

Installation was on time and thorough. Our existing Sirius XM receiver worked flawlessly after the install and sounds great with the direct connection.

Installer knew exactly what she was doing. One piece was defective, but she was able to make it work with the defective one until a new one arrived.

Radio sound is not as good as the car's built-in satellite radio but it's ok. I already had the radio - you only supplied the equipment needed to have your tech install it for me in my new car. The tech was great.
