The installer damaged the cowling around my steering column. I have repaired it but the damage is done. Additionally the sat receiver is wired so that it won't work in the auxiliary mode. I would not recommend this installer The sat receiver is fine.

Was hit with a bunch of first time user fees along with the actual subscription. The stand that comes with it is cheap and falls apart easily when just hitting bumps in the road, I actually had to glue it back together.

The radio mount keeps falling off, either the antenna, or the connection is not quite right. It cuts in and out out WAY to much. Also I had two appointments, one in Fairfield that were canceled or not correct, SO over all a huge PNTA.

We didn’t use this service. The radio was pretty easy to hook up. Was happy this service was offered incase I didn't want to hook it up myself.

Terribly rude and confrontational technician named Herve. The manager made him do the install of my Bavsound speakers after seeing I was an ElitePlus member and BestBuy credit card holder. I should of just left after the initial interaction but I had driven 3 hours for the appointment and gotten the babysitter to pick up my kid from school that day. After all the negative energy and not wanting to do the install, he splices my rear speaker wires after not finding the plug and play harness and they didn't work. I look in the box and find it immediately. The wires were shot at this point and my rear speakers sound awful. He refused to read the instructions or watch the YouTube video. Instead of saying he made a mistake, he blamed it on the speakers. Completely incapable of taking responsibility. My 6 year old has more accountability than him. I don't understand how a Plug and Play speaker job which should of been striaght forward turned into such a waste of 5 hours and I only have my front speakers working. This experience has me seriously reevaluating my relationship with Best Buy.

Installation of Sirius radio was quick. Installer lost small button knob on existing radio. Didn't tell me. I began calling on my way home. Store phone operator kept telling me the installer was busy but he would get my message. I never received a return phone call despite repeated calls to Best Buy. I was charged over 20.00 for a replacement cigarette lighter which I didn't authorize. They are less than 3.00 at Walmart. My radio works great, but I wish the installer had provided better customer service. The small radio knob will cost over 15.00 to replace.

First, I was out of town and I extended my pick up by one week but the store still sent my order back. Secondly, when I went to pick up the CS person, he wouldn't take any time to explain how my replacement order is being charged now. The order included a free install. He charged me $49.00 for install. I have been calling to set up an appointment for several weeks now via phone, no one answers the phone, so I go to the install department to set up an appointment, when I ask to get some help, I get a sarcastic Sales Associate who screams on the walkie talkie for someone to come to installation. No one came. I still have an XM-radio that I should just return and get one somewhere else. I spent over $3,000 this past year at Best Buy. Best Buy I don't think so. As soon as I finish this order I am canceling my Best Buy credit card.

The Geek Squad Associates were cordial, polite, and professional. They were extremely helpful in answering my questions as well as giving me a tutorial of my new unit. However, the install on the website stated that it was a 45 minute install process. It took the Geek Squad six (6) hours to install my satellite unit.

Had an XM radio installed and was less than impressed by the installers. The 2 installers were much more interested in talking to each other than doing quality work. I actually replaced an older xm radio and had to prompt the installer to install the new antenna, got the impression that the gentleman were trying to do the minimum to get bye!

I bought this product like a month ago and still won't have installed for a few more weeks because it did not list the extra needed parts for installation. They are supposed to be professional so, why can't they do what they need to instead of using an adapter. I should have just done it myself and bought my stuff from Amazon.

Satellite radio installation was done properly. Radio works well with my head unit.

The radio frequently messages that it is acquiring a signal rather than playing music

I had this radio installed and the experience was wonderful. The only thing I ask is to see if I can come back in and have the antenna placed in a different area because it cuts in and out a lot. If some on can contact me and help me with that I will be so great full! Thank you!

The installation and support of the installers were great. The only issue I have and why the low rating is because my satellite service continues to cut in and out. Completely disappointed in the operation of my satellite service.
