    I did not end up getting this service because the instalation could not be completed until February 12, two months after purchase. This was not acceptable.

    Two times they tried to install and both times could not get Sirius radio installed. 3 plus hours and with my 8 year old daughter. To make it worse when I tried to transfer my service, Sirius to me an old radio I had 15 months ago was my current radio. I bought a new Sirius radio two months ago and supposedly installed at margate and now I find that radio I bought was never installed. Seems my old radio was never exchanged and I paid for something I never received. Check my purchases and you will see I bought a radio two months ago. I wonder what happened to it.

    This was a birthday gift for my daughter I visited the store in Boise and was told that there were other items required to do a nice install of a Sirius radio in her car. I bought all the necessary items and then proceeded to set up a time for it to be installed. The install date was scheduled for 4/14/2018. When my daughter called to check how long it would take no one had any record of an appointment being made. I rated this a 1 star just because it won't allow me to rate it lower. Needless to say I'm very dissatisfied.

    Okay, this will receive both Sirius & xm

    Sales person did not know that previous model only receives Sirius, cost $36 to exchange for model that receives Sirius & Xm. Lower priced model does not. Installer forgot to tell me that must power down unit to access AM radio.

    Bought the sirius xm commander with the free install for a Christmas gift. Recipient made the appointment, showed up for the appointment only to be told a tuner is needed for this product. Uh...it comes with a tuner!!!! Technician told him it was better if he just downloaded the app and used it. Either the tech was misinformed or too lazy to install this product. Returned the product as a result of their ineptitude.

    I had a satellite XM interface installed, it fell down after 2 days, wires are hanging everywhere and it stopped working it is just a mess. Unfortunately, I don't live close to best buy to take it back, so it's really difficult to get it fixed, but more importantly its a pain and should have been installed correctly the first time.

    I don't know why this is here as a purchase as they never did anything regarding installation of the Sirius XM system. So I have nothing to say about this. We DID talk to some technicians, but they were unhelpful and could not offer suggestions or any assistance in getting the system installed.

    picked up item and person at desk clueless about installation. said another store could install but would probably have to wait weeks. didn't offer to call and check for me. i installed mysef.

    Refused to install my radio that came with free installation, don’t buy anything from Best Buy that says free installation!!!

    Purchased a Portable Satellite Radio. Was told that I would have to drive to Auburn Hills to have it installed. Not real pleased!
