He installed the radio quickly and without any damage to the car. Even when I called about a week later because of the poor reception he told me to bring it in and replaced the faulty bracket with no additional cost to me.

Great Satellite Radio Installation

The Technician was courteous and very knowledgeable. the install was clean, neat and efficient. The over all experience greatly exceeded my expectations.

Excellent Installer

I was so happy with the work of Israel Rodriguez, Auto Tech, Geek Squad. He took my existing mess and fixed it better than when I brought it in and really did an excellent job. The price was very reasonable for all the work he performed and I would definately recommend him personally as an install technician.

Great Job
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My Sirius Onyx radio was installed quickly and professionally. The installer ran the antenna wire through the car roof and you can't even tell anything was disturbed. I'm very happy with the results.

No Installation Availability Near By
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just purchased the SiriusXM - Roady BT Satellite Radio with free installation by Geek Squad Autotech for new car. Went to schedule appt for install. The closest stores that can do the install are Henrietta NY 65 miles, Greece NY 65 miles, Erie PA 80 miles. I called and the Hamburg & Cheektowaga stores do not have techs to do install. So now I see why they have free installation. False advertising in a way? Guess I'll have to figure out how to do this myself. Would have been nice to have been informed when I purchased the unit.

Can't install SiriusXM in 2016 Subaru Forester?
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We are surprised that the Best Buy technician said it isn't possible to do a good installation of a SiriusXM radio in a 2016 Forester, one of the most common cars on the road. That makes no sense. He also opened the box in the process, so we can't return it now.
