They took my car in at the scheduled appointment time. It took about 2 hours, but worked fine. There was a slight install problem, as the unit stopped working that evening, but they took it back in the next day and fixed it - there have been no problems since.

I set up the SIRIUS Radio installation appointment during the holidays, so I was unable to get an appointment quickly due to the heavy workload, which is understandable. Even considering that, my appointment was within two weeks. The installation technician was courteous and knowledgeable, and even researched a couple of installation options relating to my car make/model. I couldn't be happier with the installation process!

The guys at the Hiram Best Buy who did the install for the Kenwood radio and Sirius install did an excellent job. Everything works and sounds great.

Siriusxm radio kit is a great value for the price. Converted my radio and made my music listening just what I wanted. Our other car came with this type of radio and when I purchased a new car I found myself not enjoying it as much because of the radio.

The customer service at the Monroeville store is top notch. I was very disappointed the first time I went up as all of the parts weren't in the box and the 800 number you call to make appointments didn't tell me I needed additional parts. The installation team worked with me to make sure that I got all of the parts ordered and that I was given updates throughout the process on how it was going. Definitely worth the drive.

It looks great and isn’t obtrusive in my car like some other receivers have been. It’s easy to read and the installer was the best! I love it!

Every thing went good after they fixed the wires. And now everything workes great. I would tell others to use geek for their needs

I haven't had it long enough to give it a full review. haven't had a chance to play with it yet as I only listen to it in my car and I can't switch channels while I'm driving because of where it is in my car. Also, if I want to listen to regular FM stations, I have to completely remove the satellite radio from it's mount so the antenna will work for FM as it is shared by both. I got it mainly so we could listen to the radio on long, remote area car trips where there is no reception except by satellite. Haven't yet been on our planned trip but I expect it to work like a champ and to enjoy having it then very much.

The system was installed professionally and works well as installed. The install took longer than what they said it would take, but I expected that. They said an hour and a half to 2 hours and it took over three hours instead. Frankly, I appreciate them taking the time to do it right. Just be aware the time table given may be off for you too.

I purchased an Onyx radio from BestBuy to install in a new vehicle that already had a satellite radio in it. The Onyx has pause and replay features, both important to me, neither of which was on the factory installed unit. I have a lifetime SiriusXM contract which can be transferred three times ($75) each time to another removable radio like the Onyx. If I had transferred this contract to the factory radio, this transfer capability would have ended on that transaction. So, if you're looking for a portable radio for a new car, I'd recommend the Onyx.

Salesman was not knowledgable. When it came time for Installation, it was pointed out that the unit would be difficult to operate and not all the parts necessary for installation was purchased, even though I had asked that specific question to the salesman. Fortunately, the Geek Squad was able to point me in the right direction. Different unit ordered (with necessary parts), just a week delay for everything be on hand and installed.

The size is perfect, does not clutter the dash but it easy to reach clipped onto the vent. Removable when parking the car.
