Salesman was not knowledgable. When it came time for Installation, it was pointed out that the unit would be difficult to operate and not all the parts necessary for installation was purchased, even though I had asked that specific question to the salesman. Fortunately, the Geek Squad was able to point me in the right direction. Different unit ordered (with necessary parts), just a week delay for everything be on hand and installed.

Best buy did a great job installing my Sirius XM radio. The installer knew what he was doing, was efficient and clean!!!

The installation on the XM radio was well worth the price. Now I can enjoy music without seeing the wires hanging everywhere.

The orginal purchase was the wrong receiver for my vehicle but the installer and the Geek Squad manager worked well with me to get the correct product for my vehicle. There was one miscommunication about the product but I'm not sure if it was them not noting the difference in the product I wanted and the product I got or if they did note the difference and I simply missed it. Since their service was excellent, I accept that them miscommunication may have been on my end.

Came to Best Buy to have satellite radio installation in my vehicle. Alexi was very informative and walked me through the quick installation process. I walked round the store while my vehicle was being worked on. In short order everything was done quickly. I was very pleased when Alexi came and told me the vehicle was ready.

The crew installed our new LG clothes washer and they were simply fantastic. They arrived in the dark of a northern Idaho winter evening at 6 pm. They were in and out in less than an hour. Their communication was awesome throughout. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again.

Has a better picture than I expected,,looks factory, and brought my 2004 Dodge Ram into the present and was able to toss out the Garmin that always fell off my windshield, plus left circle "stains" all over my glass. Good riddence! So long Syrius, you're not getting $150/yr out of me anymore either. My phone connects to this radio and I can play all my music thru the new system, sound is fantastic.
