Posted .Hi, we're sorry to see you're having some charging related issues with your Power Up Charging Dock. To rule out if it's the speaker, try charging your speaker via the included wall adapter and USB cable. The dock has to be plugged into an adequate power source like the speaker, in order to charge properly. Hope that helps.

Thank you for purchasing the Power Up Charging Dock, and for taking the time to share your experience. I am sorry that you have experienced an issue with charging, I would like to assist. The “Power Up” Charging Dock is compatible with the Blast, Mega Blast, Boom 3 and Megaboom 3. Power Up comes with a special D-Ring that replaces the standard ring for Blast or MegaBlast. If you need any further assistance, please contact Ultimate Ears support. I have attached a link to the support page for Power Up. Further assistance is also available through the Boom and Blast apps.
