As a Total Tech member I was expecting at least a replacement but no, one of the Best Buy managers, I guess, said is discontinued so there’s nothing they could do but gave me my money back. I didn’t want my money I need a working air fryer… Horrible experience with this item!

Just stopped working this past weekend. Didn't even last 6 Mos. What a joke, My Nu Wave is 3 years old and still going strong. Things are made so cheaply nowadays and its Pathetic.
