Easy to use with large basket!

First, requires a little oil to spray on food. That allows most things to get crispy. Second, preheat. Give it five minutes to come up to temp. We’ve made chicken, potatoes, bacon and several types of vegetable. Gets a good chat on everything so far!!

More like an oven than a air fryer

If you are looking for an air fryer I wouldn’t recommend this one. The internal plate gets burn fast and gets very damaged if you clean it with water

Waste of money

With in 4 months it quit recognizing that the basket was installed, and the only way to get it to work was by dropping it on the counter. Then it broke for good…!!!

Today is Saturday March 4, 2023 and it just cut off by itself. I unplugged it for a few minutes and confirmed the outlet is actually still working, but the air fryer still won't cut back on... How Do You Think I Feel Right Now....

Do not purchase

Contacted best buy customer service and they want me to drive an hour to have it "serviced". Product was ordered online due to no stores nearby.

Stopped working after two months

This particular unit also beeps very loudly with no volume control. Best Buy's current return policy is limited to only 15 days for a product of this nature, so buyers beware.

Great if you want an air fryer for 4 months

Timing couldn't have been worse as it was in the middle of the holidays. Wish I had read the reviews before purchase. Seems as if death after a couple months has happened to a number of people.

I have heard that it's excellent but we started using our Instapot more. We should probably start using this LOL

We went 3 of these within a short period of time. All 3 of them stopped working while in use all of the sudden.

Both times it worked great for 6 months or so, then it all of a sudden stopped working. No lights. No beeps. Nothing.

Mind of its own

I never felt comfortable with this airfryer in my kitchen.
