Also louder than expected. However, The food was crispy. Gave it 3 tries, had to return.

Fries are so-so. Have owned it for 8 months and the coating on the fry pan is peeling off. Can’t find a replacement pan, not even on the Powerxl site. Will have to buy something else, and make sure replacement parts are available.

Makes a rattling noise

I do love using it and how crispy everything comes out BUT after 4 months it makes an annoying rattling noise! I've tried to figure from where but have had zero luck.

Wont turn on and agree with other reviews this is junk. the bottom grate in the basket falls out when trying to distribute food like fries.

Let me find another brand that hopefully last longer

With BB’s terrible 15 day return policy I had to work through the manufacturer to get a refund - it’s been nearly 3 months and still trying to get my refund.

Faulty Basket - TWICE

Garbage
