Poor product- electrical malfunction

Repacked it and went to Best Buy during the weekend and I was 3 days late after the set return policy date ended. Now I am stuck with it. I thought with the holidays and gift giving that the return policy would be more then just a few days. I bought it, received it then I brought it back after 2 weeks!!!

Buy from another manufacturer

Followed troubleshooting instructions but no power light. The problem; we got this as a Xmas gift just 5 months earlier. Company policy is no receipt, NO help. No matter it wasn't you who bought the item.

Don't Buy This Garbage!!

However, the joy wore off when after less than a year, it stopped working. With only 2 people in our household it didn't get heavy use so it should have lasted longer than that, considering the high price tag. Tristar, the manufacturer of the unit is totally worthless as far as supporting their products. I'll never purchase any of their DISPOSABLE products again. If you dig deep enough you'll find many similar reviews which state that this thing breaks after a few months and the manufacturer doesn't care.

Not worth it

I called PowerXL directly and they’re well aware of the faulty products they sell but yet give you the run around about replacing it.
