I love that the grease goes in the water tray but it takes a long time to cook no matter the temperature. I think it could have a better cover to keep the heat in and cook food throughly.

And the one I got seemed like it heated a bit unevenly. I felt like it steamed my food rather than grilled it. Took it back.
