Absolutely love this. There is so much you can do with it. Very easy to clean!

So far this has met my expectations. I didn’t expect it to completely replace grilling on a BBQ. It does a really great job on meat and so far an ok job on vegetables. I’m not sure if I’ll order the griddle because I’m not sure if I’d use it. But for grilling meat indoors I am happy with this purchase. This is not the first indoor grill I’ve purchased, but it is the first one I haven’t returned.

It's good because it's so convenient to grill meat at home. It is especially difficult to harden meat in the winter outside, but it is so good that it can be used regardless of the season. It's great for absorbing smoke, especially when grilling meat.

This is the second one I bought, the first one the fan kept stopping now I bought another and the SAME issue is happening AGAIN. I would not recommend this again, I will have to look around for a better one. D.W.

nice to grill indoors easy to clean overall a good buy

Not recommend for a big meal. 2 people max. One side is hotter than the other. And small portion.

It’s not truly smokeless and very difficult to clean... it does not heat evenly ... the outer food does not cook well

Living in an apartment without a patio I have no chance to grill. This Grill pro gives me an option to do that. It does the job done. Don’t forget to order your griddle.

I would have given this 5 stars, but as you wait in anticipation thinking about all the things you're going to try cooking, slash that list in half because the griddle is not included. You will receive a flyer in the box offering a "free griddle" as long as you pay shipping (about $15.00). Why not raise the the price a few dollars and include it in the package? Then you will need to wait up to 6 weeks to receive it. That is so disappointing. Now that that is said, the grill really did perform well. I had completely expected to be disappointed in that department based on other reviews I read. I was pleasantly surprised though. I put the 2 cups of water in the reservoir and preheated. The chicken came out perfect. They were large breasts and I flipped them at the 7 minute mark. I did another 7 minutes on that side and viola, done. They were perfect. No smoke or heat rising up in your face when I opened the lid to flip them. That was the coolest part. I'd love to review the griddle feature, but alas I still haven't received it yet. It has been one week since I ordered it. It was easy enough to clean afterward. I would recommend this to a friend with the caveat of the extra griddle cost and wait time.

Love this so much. so convenient. purchased one for myself and one for my mother in-law. she loves hers too. takes a little getting used to to figure out timing on items being cooked.

Works as advertised, and there really is not much odor in the air with the fan on, will be great to use indoors during the winter months.

Now that summer is over and I was missing grilling season, I wanted to try out this indoor smokeless griller from Power XL. I have now completed 5 meals on this grill and I wanted to wait to write this review until I had a chance to try them all. The meals prepared - T-Bone steak, chicken with a barbecue glaze, salmon, thick cut pork chops and hamburgers. To my absolute surprise, the griller is indeed smokeless thanks to the water reservoir and fan unit. The taste of the food was outstanding - very flavorful while being cooked all the way through properly. To make cleanup easier, I used my favorite vegetable shortening spray on the silver catch pan as well as the grilling surface. These were the only 2 items that needed cleaning with soap and water - the rest was a quick wipe down with washcloth and towel dry. The unit operates extremely easy and does take some time to get to the desired temperature for grilling. Opening the lid to flip the meat caused heat loss of course, but nothing terrible. I found the stated temp on the unit was correct and accurate when I checked it with my own thermometer. All in all, for the price, ease of cleaning, and taste - I could not be happier with this griller - looking forward to trying some of the recipes that the griller came with.
