I'm glad I bought this, because the screen was not easy to put on, despite the mechanism it comes with to put it on. Had to return if 3 times, and have best buy put it on for me.

The agents are very good at what they do. I may stand in line for a long periods of time for placements of screen protectors but I would do it any time in order to have the product properly placed. Thank you all your help.

Screen shields are hard to install when your eyesight weakens. The assistant did it perfectly and quickly.

The service we got with getting the screen protector was top notch. It's worth the $8 fee to have someone with all the equipment place it on your phone in less then a minute. No bubbles, seamless, you can't even tell there is one on there.

The tech guys put the shield on and did it correctly. Had trouble with the first one so went and got a second one with no added cost to me. The phones guys are so helpful!!!!

Not thrilled with this. I have the very lowest DSL internet service offered, and the only phone company in my area does not offer anything else, thus I bought this device hoping to extend my wifi signal inside my house. It was moderately easy to set up, but it does not help me. In fact it is a pain in the neck. I connected it to my network, yet every time I need to use my phone I have to log into this new device, and even then my signal isn't markedly better. I don't even use it. Please understand that I am NOT an electronic geek, nor am I an idiot.

Not having to worry about applying the screen shield myself is less stressful after buying a new phone. Not pricey and a quick installation from an employee. I have done this twice and will do it again if needed.

The agent installed the screen protector perfectly on my new phone. I did not want to leave the store without a case or screen protector and he installed both for me. They had it done in minutes and it looked like it was always there.

Nice to ensure protector installed correctly. My history and success with screen installations is not great. I always have vendor install to ensure good adhesion and alignment. If I ever need again, they will do it.
