Geek squad was great. They tried very hard to find out what was causing my phone to freeze. Unfortunately due to lack of equipment I had to go to the Apple store due to a hardware issue.

She installed my glass shield a lot quicker and more accurately than I could have. She took great care to be sure all the dust and air bubbles were out also.

The gentleman that helped me was very nice and helpful. He explained the process to me and also helped me find another product I needed for my phone.

The agents are very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I had a very bad experience recently. Had my laptop cleaned up from a hack. Geeks backed off all data but did not restore quickbooks and TurboTax data. This has cost me many hours to recreate this data.....my fault for not maintaining my own back up!!!!

Don't go through the inaccuracy and headache of installing the screen protector yourself... have Best Buy do it for you. I trust them with every install I have done, which is 4 in total. Flawless. And if you're unhappy, bring it back and they'll redo it for free.

When in about 20 minutes before closing to get my screen protector changed out from a cracked to a new. Service took a bit because they were in closing mode but as soon as the geek squad personnel got moving it was done before I even got to pay
