Agent installed my screen protector, but had one bubble on side of phone. He did explain I could return for another screen protector if bubble did not go away. The guarantee was worth install price, as I probably will have him install a replacement if bubble does not disappear.

The gentleman did a perfect job quickly. There were no bubbles or problems.

Don't go through the inaccuracy and headache of installing the screen protector yourself... have Best Buy do it for you. I trust them with every install I have done, which is 4 in total. Flawless. And if you're unhappy, bring it back and they'll redo it for free.

Amazing service. I had no idea that having the geek squad install the screen protector means that I can have Bestbuy replace the screen in the future for free. (Or at least with nearly free.)

The tech was very helpful and informative even though he was to only one working the cell area right before Christmas. Multitasking at its best!

They do a good job when they assist you. It always seems that they are understaffed and you have to wait awhile. They don’t always know what to do or charge so they have to ask a manager, which takes more time.

The in store agent applied my new Zagg screen protector to my cell phone. They install hundreds of these, so why not trust them over my attempt at it myself. It's aligned, and applied perfectly, and all the stress is on them. Perfect!

A must when purchasing a new smartphone in case u have issues putting on a shield leave the frustration out if you get a small dust particle they can switch it out where you wouldnt be able to. Highly recommended

Agent was polite, swift, and courteous while installing my Iphone X glass screen protector. She even explained how we could do the install ourselves if needed with step by step instruction. Would highly recommended MWC, Ok Best Buy.

When in about 20 minutes before closing to get my screen protector changed out from a cracked to a new. Service took a bit because they were in closing mode but as soon as the geek squad personnel got moving it was done before I even got to pay

The representative was very nice and professional. They knew exactly how to put it on without making mistakes or scratching/damaging the phone.

What may seem simple on the instructions is often left to those that have experience, and I would rather have it done right the first time. As always the geek squad did and quick and professional job, you can count on them.

This really works great. The Geek Squad helped replace this in the store for free. It takes only a few mintues and the purchase price is worth every penny.
