I was lazy, so I paid the $8 fee for installation. I would say that it was overpriced keeping in mind that you already paid $30 for the item. If it breaks I’m definitely running to BB to get the free replacement but I won’t be paying no installation fee. It kind of beat the purpose of “free lifetime replacement”

My wife cracked her zagg protector on her phone but luckily we had the warranty service for it. We brought it into Geek squad and they replaced it and had the new one installed in about 10 minutes. Very easy process.

I opted to have Geek Squad install the glass screen protector on my iPhone so I could have it expertly done. Installation was quick and looks great!

The geek squad did an excellent job installing my shield. She took her time and prepped my screen making sure that it was nice and clean. She also checked it over for bubbles and gave me the chance to look it over before leaving.

The agents provided me with a brand new screen cover that was put on with no bubbles. There was not a long wait at all and off by chance my screen does crack; Best Buy replaces it for free.
