They applied the screen protection on my phone. It was easier for them to do it to be sure there were no air pockets.

My first time using Geek squad was great. The assistant at Marquette Best Buy was so helpful when I bought my screen shield and Otter box for my new phone. He installed them and gave tips on cleaning, etc.

Geek squad was great. They tried very hard to find out what was causing my phone to freeze. Unfortunately due to lack of equipment I had to go to the Apple store due to a hardware issue.
