I watched with amazement as the young man installed the screen shield effortlessly. He had the job completed to perfection in about the time it would have taken me to removed the product from its box. Great job done right the first time.

The agents did a great job putting on my watch protector. I had to return the watch thinking it was a screen issue - turned out it was the display, not the screen. But they replaced the screen first and never asked a single question!

The service was excellent and quick. Would recommend getting the service added to install the glass screen protector.

I was lazy, so I paid the $8 fee for installation. I would say that it was overpriced keeping in mind that you already paid $30 for the item. If it breaks I’m definitely running to BB to get the free replacement but I won’t be paying no installation fee. It kind of beat the purpose of “free lifetime replacement”

My first time using Geek squad was great. The assistant at Marquette Best Buy was so helpful when I bought my screen shield and Otter box for my new phone. He installed them and gave tips on cleaning, etc.

Sure it took about 10 minutes and I could have just done it myself, but they did a great job and it ensures there's a warranty. No bubbles or anything. Fantastic.

The geek squad did an excellent job installing my shield. She took her time and prepped my screen making sure that it was nice and clean. She also checked it over for bubbles and gave me the chance to look it over before leaving.
