The employee that was working the cell phone counter was awesome! He installed the screen protector the first one he did didnt come out how he wanted so he cracked open another box and got it just right!

The shield does it’s job, protecting the cover of the phone, when it does crack, Best Buy just looks up the purchase and replaces it for free. I will always get the shield on my phone

Unfortunately very hard to put on without bubbles and taking it off even when not all the way on will either break it or weaken it. If it’s manipulated too much while putting on or even off by a little it will prob crack when bumped. Recommend only if you have a person who’s really good at putting on

The install was great, but I was not told I was being charged. I was getting this screen put on my 94 year old mother’s phone for her and used her credit card to pay for it. Felt bad that I didn’t catch the extra charge for install until it was too late.
