The Best Buy Salesman put on the glass screen protector because I like the fact that if something happens to the protector that it would be replaced for free as long as you had someone at the store put it on

Bought my first iPhone and had it delivered to the store. Staff set up my phone and recommended the shield. They installed it and it came with a lifetime warranty!

I like the Best Buy team I really do they always do me right and always are helpful but I will say the blonde girl that’s young behind the desk is always rude and always pushy!

I have to say I was not impressed with the customer service I received. Not only did I have to wait a long time for assistance, but there were also a bunch of other customers waiting around for service as well. I understand that you guys are busy, but it would have been nice to have been greeted and acknowledged by a staff member when I first walked in. Instead, I was left standing around for quite some time before anyone even acknowledged my presence. When I finally did get help, the staff member who assisted me seemed rushed and not very knowledgeable about the products I was purchasing. I expected better service from a company like Best Buy/Geek Squad. I hope you can address these issues and improve the customer service experience at your store.

Squad was great really made things easy for installation

I've always put my own screen protectors on my cell phones. In the essence of time, I went ahead and had the Geek Squad put it on for me. It was perfect. They'll be putting them on for me from now on.
