The agent replaced my shield on my cell phone. He was very funny, knowledgeable and enjoyed our wait time while he replaced my shield. He did this while we upgraded another phone.

I found it to be worthwhile to let the tech apply the screen protector as I can never get it to lay down perfectly and without air bubbles appearing under the protector.
