The only problem I had was that I had to wait a week for a new controller replacement. They were at least professional and helpful.

Install was fast and the agent said it was guaranteed if broken. Well I’ve already cracked the initial placement of my protective screen. Because of the pandemic , curbside pick up only. I have not been able to enter the store for free replacement.

Best Buy employee easily installed Zagg screen protector received through mail from Zagg. She also was very helpful picking out new case and trading in old iPhone.

Employees were very helpful and because I'm a member they put my screen protector on for free.

I haven’t used this as of this point but when I do I will update my review. When I spoke with the Best Buy Associate she recommended this we shall see when I have to use it.

Since I am terrible in sceen application, I had a Geek Squad tech install for me. She applied it slightly off angle so my Lifeproof case was a little tight to put on and caused a slight bubble in the corner. Its not too bad, since I would have done a terrible job.

They put this on my mother in laws phone. She said they was super friendly, very educational, and had no problems helping her find the right one and putting it one. Thanks guys!

My phones screen was cracked and I really didn’t have a lot of time. Yet the Tech support team addressed my need quickly yet efficiently as they always do.

The install itself was great no issues, but in previous visits to Best Buy they had installed screen protectors on my other devices (bought from best buy) for free. So, I was a little disappointed that this time around they charged me $8 to install the screen protector that I bought at Best Buy for my OLED Nintendo Switch that I had also bought at Best Buy.
