Geek installed my computer improperly

I had problems w/ my email (It hadn’t been set up), my password (When I shut down my computer, I couldn’t get back in.), & MicroSoft, even after I paid the GeekSquad 100.00 to download everything from my old computer and set up my new Mac. I had to hire someone to unlock my computer, install my email properly, and resolve the MicroSoft problems. I’m not happy one bit. I feel as if my money was stolen.

Geek squad applied my phone screen shield
