I had to pay extra for an install of a screen protector. It was messed up, and they had to get another -- -funny thing is they were out of stock and had to order a replacement to my replacement. The staff was nice, when you actually got a person tho.

I am very pleased with geek squad. They did their best to fix my watch. They let me know it had to be replaced, and helped me get that done.

The agent installed my shield to my iPhone with ease. No bubbles on the screen! Should be less than $8 to install, but it was put on nicely.

While I can install my own shield, I hate it when a piece of dust gets caught under it. So, worth the price for me to have Geek Squad do it right and cleanly.
