WOW! I'm always impressed with the wonderful, worry-free service I get at BestBuy. They had installed a screen saver last year. Recently, the phone went through an accident that wrecked the screen saver, cracking it in multiple places. But the phone was spared. The Geek Squad man gently (VERY gently) removed the screen saver and put on a new one. Can't tell you how happy I was!

It was a great day at Best Buy! I went to the store to pick up my otter box and glass shield. I thought I ordered it online but to my surprise the order hadn’t gone through. I decided to make the purchase in the store. I picked the product and wanted to make sure they could help with the shield once I purchased the product so I headed over to the Geek Squad counter. As soon as I got there after a wait of approximately 2 mins a friendly employee popped out of the back. He immediately saw me and assured me I could make the purchase at that counter and he could assist me for a small fee charged by the store. I definitely agreed because I knew I was going to mess everything up. He rang up my purchase immediately and stated he would be right back. In a very short time, he reappeared and stated I was good to go! What great service!! I truly appreciated his speed and professionalism! This type of customer service always makes me want to return to this particular store. Thanks Beat Buy!

I purchased screen protector for my new 16Pro phone. Cashier, after paying, told me to speak someone at Geek Squad . The associate said it would take 30min ... It was quick . ( Note ... the shield has cracked by an oops... as of 2/20/2025. Looking to get new one later..)

It’s a small fee to pay resulting in a perfect installation of your phone screen protector. Highly Recommended.

Installation looked flawless with no gaps or bubbles

I almost never give bad reviews but if I was going solely based off my experience, this would’ve been a one or two star. Keeping it as short as possible, I went to get a glass screen protector and case for my Apple Watch. Got everything I needed, paid for everything and to have the screen protector installed by the store. The girl who helped me was super skinny, had dark hair, worked night hours on Sunday night. Seemed to be a supervisor of some sort. Name escapes me but anyway, she took like ten minutes to install my protector. She was clearly having trouble. However, that’s not what annoyed me the most. While she was struggling she was joking and having casual talk with co workers, joking around and being super casual. Not saying she had to be rude but it’s like focus on the task at hand and tell your co workers “talk in you a sec, let me take care of this real quick”. SOMETHING other than just chillin. Could’ve also gotten somewhere to help her. I had somewhere to be. Very poor customer focused, I’ve used Best Buy for a lot of protector installments. My iPhone, iPad and this was the second Apple Watch at the same store. Never had such an unprofessional experience. Last but not least, she didn’t tell me putting on my watch’s case right after the screen protector could make the protector bubble. Guess what happened!? I would’ve waited if I knew better. However, to end on a brighter note. I went back today two days later and had the experience I expect from Best Buy! Went to Geek Squad, told them about my bubbles and issues. They explained it was because I put the case on to early more than likely (that’s how I found out). Took the watch in the back to bump out the bubbles, in and out in like a minute maybe even less. Explained everything I needed to know and I was in and out in less than time it took to put the protector on the first time. A lot happier now looking at it on my wrist too! Hope others complained on that lady and anyone reading this can figure out who it is so something can be done about her. She’ll cost them a lot of bad reviews and annoyed customers if they get the same experience I did. Maybe I just got her on a random slack off bs day but still shouldn’t be okay. I would recommend Geek Squad to a friend if they didn’t get the lady I got the first time.

The product seems to be working fine. Clear and no issues. The person that helped me put it on did a great job.
