If I am reviewing the geek squad my review would be below average the guy that was there that night was not helpful at all and seemed to not want to wait on me. The girl who installed my glass protector was amazing and helpful, she was the cashier that rang me up. I could find the correct screen protector and she went and found it. When I went to give him the protector for install, he gave it to the cashier to do the install and then he proceeded to ring her up and while she was working on my install, I chose a case and brought it up for check out, and again it was as if he didn't want to wait on me, kinda looked at her to check me out and then reluctantly rang me up. I'm not sure if she is with the Geek Squad, but she was great.

I had them do the install fo me on my applewatch. Its easier then trying to struggle with it myself. I worry I might mess it up and then get frustrated.

Simple, perfect installation that is definitely worth the few dollars they charge.

It was a great day at Best Buy! I went to the store to pick up my otter box and glass shield. I thought I ordered it online but to my surprise the order hadn’t gone through. I decided to make the purchase in the store. I picked the product and wanted to make sure they could help with the shield once I purchased the product so I headed over to the Geek Squad counter. As soon as I got there after a wait of approximately 2 mins a friendly employee popped out of the back. He immediately saw me and assured me I could make the purchase at that counter and he could assist me for a small fee charged by the store. I definitely agreed because I knew I was going to mess everything up. He rang up my purchase immediately and stated he would be right back. In a very short time, he reappeared and stated I was good to go! What great service!! I truly appreciated his speed and professionalism! This type of customer service always makes me want to return to this particular store. Thanks Beat Buy!

This product is used on all of our iPhone and iPad products! It has saved the day protecting the displays on out products countless times. My recommendation to everyone I know is to use this product or similar all of the time. Win win , you cannot go wrong.

Lot of confusion when I came in to replace my cracked screen protector. Thought it was in stock but was wrong size. Agent already removed my old protector so I had to carry it around without protection while I waited for the order to be delivered. Finally got it replaced. Happy with new protector.

The Geek Squad rep (Sam) disassembled my pre-existing Otter Defender, installed the new screen, and re-assembled the Otter Case, saving my arthritic fingers from messing it up. Sam was professional, friendly, and paid attention to the smallest detail. Great service!

I paid $8.00 to have the Geek Squad install a Zagg Screen Protector on my new iPhone 16 pro. It was done quickly and looks great.

I almost never give bad reviews but if I was going solely based off my experience, this would’ve been a one or two star. Keeping it as short as possible, I went to get a glass screen protector and case for my Apple Watch. Got everything I needed, paid for everything and to have the screen protector installed by the store. The girl who helped me was super skinny, had dark hair, worked night hours on Sunday night. Seemed to be a supervisor of some sort. Name escapes me but anyway, she took like ten minutes to install my protector. She was clearly having trouble. However, that’s not what annoyed me the most. While she was struggling she was joking and having casual talk with co workers, joking around and being super casual. Not saying she had to be rude but it’s like focus on the task at hand and tell your co workers “talk in you a sec, let me take care of this real quick”. SOMETHING other than just chillin. Could’ve also gotten somewhere to help her. I had somewhere to be. Very poor customer focused, I’ve used Best Buy for a lot of protector installments. My iPhone, iPad and this was the second Apple Watch at the same store. Never had such an unprofessional experience. Last but not least, she didn’t tell me putting on my watch’s case right after the screen protector could make the protector bubble. Guess what happened!? I would’ve waited if I knew better. However, to end on a brighter note. I went back today two days later and had the experience I expect from Best Buy! Went to Geek Squad, told them about my bubbles and issues. They explained it was because I put the case on to early more than likely (that’s how I found out). Took the watch in the back to bump out the bubbles, in and out in like a minute maybe even less. Explained everything I needed to know and I was in and out in less than time it took to put the protector on the first time. A lot happier now looking at it on my wrist too! Hope others complained on that lady and anyone reading this can figure out who it is so something can be done about her. She’ll cost them a lot of bad reviews and annoyed customers if they get the same experience I did. Maybe I just got her on a random slack off bs day but still shouldn’t be okay. I would recommend Geek Squad to a friend if they didn’t get the lady I got the first time.
