The Geek Squad installed my glass shield in faster time than it would have taken me to get it the box and install it myself. These geeks know how to get the job done in a timely fashion. The protection installation is neat with no visible bubbles in sight. The geeks won't have you waiting more than a couple of minutes if not too busy. It has been a while since purchasing my device but no major cracks or scratches. The geek that serviced me was exceptional. I was very impressed with the customer service.
