The first time I had my screen protector installed, there were a lot of bubbles under the protector. Additionally, when I came in for a replacement, the wait time was far too long (over a half hour) as only certified employees can install a screenprotector. On another instance, after waiting for a half hour, I was told that the certified screen protector for samsung phones specifically was not available and I was better suited to come on a different day. I am a patient individual, but I do feel like something as trivial as installing a screen protector should be done faster with minimal complication. For the most part, the staff are kind and helpful. Besides that, it was not my favorite experience.
