The agent did a really good job putting the screen protector on my phone

The Geek Squad help me to installed my ZAGG glass and defense screen protector for my Apple IPhone 14 pro max - great !

I like having the idea that with this shield protection I’m protecting my investments on the table that it was installed by one of the Best Buy employees.

They put it on so good. I had the question if he was done or not. Looks like part of the phone every time I drop my phone it makes it worth the price. I’m gonna drop it right now just to add a few more sympathy dollars to its value!!!

My instrument was very nice and I appreciate the young lady so much the cost of the replacement was not necessary and should be included with the lifetime warranty of the screen so paying an extra eight dollars is unacceptable on my part. Shame on you Best Buy.

Geek squad installed a screen cover on my wife’s cell phone.

Ethan at the Montrose, Ohio store was professional, knowledgeable, explained the benefits and that if it needed replacing I could bring it in & it would be. He applied it quickly and it works as promised and fits perfectly on it providing an enormous amount of privacy. Thank you for the amazing service and helping me understand the benefits and where to go & what to do in the future if help and/or replacing is needed. Ethan was fantastic!!!! Would trust him with any service purchase and/or questions & when needing other products again. His store isn’t the closest to my home, but I will drive due to the experience I had. Thank you!!!!
