I have needed the Geek Squad a few times, at first I was not computer smart and the geek squad really helped me out.

This installation was perfect. The sales associate that did the work was kind and professional and went above the standard install because he had to remove a previous glass protector on the phone - it shattered, and glass dust was flying everywhere. So he immediately took it into the Geek Squad shop and finished the installation there so I wouldn't be harmed. I will always buy my glass protectors here and will always have Best Buy install it for me. Everyone at the Quakertown Store is amazing. They all work together really well and I never have a super long wait when I just walk-in for service.

Let me just say that--even with the new installation bracket/guide, I am HORRIBLE at installing Zagg InvisibleShield protectors on my devices! It used to be that the mobile techs at Best Buy would install it for free. At some point, that changed. Imagine my surprise when I found out it was going to cost me a couple dollars when it came time for my Galaxy S21 and Pixel 4a protectors. Still, I'd had success with Best Buy installing it in the past, so I went ahead and paid the fee. Both protectors were installed fairly quickly and as good as they possibly could be done. Even more, the tech noticed a small crease in the corner of the Pixel 4a glass protector and promptly pulled a replacement off the shelf and replaced the defective one on the spot. No need for processing an exchange or anything. If he hadn't told me, I never would've known. Definitely worth the couple dollars it costs (I think it was $7 or $8 per item).

The screen orotector installed was good quality. Seems like none if the people who have installed them have done a great job. Always has either air bubbles or starts peeling off.
